Club Registration
Please read through the following details regarding registration at Tadley, all forms required can be downloaded from the website. If you have any queries please contact our Membership Secretary Robin Smith who will be happy to help.
- All cheques (we need separate cheques for Membership and Membership Card offer) should be made payable to "Tadley RFC".
- All forms should be handed to your child's Team Manager / Coach.
- We hope our new till system will be up and running by 5th September and be able to accept Debit Card payments, but please bring another form of payment just in case!
- Tadley RFC would like to make it clear to applicants under 18 years of age and / or their parents / guardians they they should fill in both the Membership form and Junior appendix.
- We also encourage parents to become social members of the club so they can use the facilities and benefit from the Membership Card scheme, which will give them a discount at the bar (Card appendix) among other benefits through the season.
