Digger Slides In
Digger made a spectacular “entrance” when he visited this year’s Tadley Tigers Awards and Fun Day as part of the London Irish Community Rugby Support Programme. There were slides, bouncy castles, face painting, gladiator fighting, a rodeo bull and a great BBQ (all free to the Tigers).
Tadley RFC’s very successful junior section the “Tigers”, who train at the club’s recently improved and well equipped ground in Red Lane Aldermaston, have 10 teams ranging from age six to age sixteen.
This year’s major wins include under 14's winning the Berkshire Youth B League and the under 11's going the whole season undefeated, both massive results for Tadley RFC and a 1st on both occasions in the club's 25 history.
