Tigers Selected to Join Berkshire County Squads
Ed Brown and Zac Cranson
Congratulations this year go to Ed Brown and Zac Cranson, both of who got through the final round of this year’s County trials. Ed has played at number 10 this season and through hard work and guile has gained a place in the County Squad.
Zac is one of the hardest centres to catch! His speed and agility has earned him a place the County School of Rugby.
A massive well done to both of you. Now the hard work starts!
Dan Furnell
Congratulations to Dan Furnell who has been selected to join the Berkshire U14 County Group, he was selected amidst tough competition from U14 players from all over Berkshire.
Here's what his coach Carl Nolan had to say about him: "No surprise that Dan has been selected for this group, he has been our outstanding player all year. He has actually scored over half our tries and on many occasions, whilst playing fullback, has stopped many a try with outstanding running lines and hard tackling. Also, his work rate and attitude is always first class."
All at the club are delighted and very proud of their achievements, we wish all the boys lots of success in the next season!
